Sheriff Mark Lamb, Candidate for U.S. Senate
Sheriff Mark Lamb is running for U.S. Senate. He is a law enforcement officer, politician and author. He worked for the police department of Salt River Pima Indian Community for 6 years. In 2012 he joined the Pinal County Sheriff's Office. In 2017 he was elected as Pinal County Sheriff. In 2020 he ran unopposed for Sheriff of Pinal County. Sheriff Mark Lamb spent much of his childhood in Hawaii and also lived in the Philippines, Panama and Argentina. He moved to Arizona in 2003. He frequently appears on Fox News and Newsmax. He is the author of the book "American Sheriff: Traditional Values in a Modern World".

Rene Lopez, Candidate for Arizona Corporation Commission
Rene Lopez is running for the Arizona Corporation Commission. He is a third generation of Arizonans. Rene was born and raised in Mesa and grew up in a traditional working family. He attended Maricopa Community College and went on to graduate with a B.S. in Nuclear Engineering from the U of A. Rene took interest in politics in junior year high school when his father took him to knock on doors for a Phoenix mayoral race. After serving on the Chandler Parks and Recreation Committee he was elected to the City Council 2014. Rene Lopez was reelected in 2018 and served as Vice Mayor of Chandler. In 2017 he co-founded Cece's Hope Center, a non-profit, based in East Valley. Cece's Hope Center helps young women at risk and rescues them from sex-trafficking around the State of Arizona.

Lisa Atkins, Board Member, Central Arizona Water Conservation District
Lisa is on the Central Arizona Water Conservation District Board of Directors. She is a native of Arizona, earning her bachelor’s degree from UofA. Lisa spent much of her career advocating for thoughtful policy at the local, state, and national levels to benefit care for Arizona and our resources. Most recently Lisa served as the Commissioner of the Arizona State Land Department, where she led a team responsible for the management of 9 million acres throughout the state. She brought a wealth of knowledge to the Arizona Water Conservation District Board of Directors and served 3 terms as President of the Board. Lisa has served on the Commission on the Arizona Environment, Governor’s Water Management Commission created in 2000, Governor’s Military Facilities Task Force in 2003, Arizona Water Bank Authority, and as Co-Chair of the Governor’s Military Affairs Commission.

Our September meeting will feature Nick Adams, bestselling Australian author, columnist, and commentator. Nick has appeared on virtually every major television and radio program. He has spoken at conventions, corporate meetings, military bases, universities and churches in over 25 states.
Nick is a survivor of childhood cancer. He was given a 5% chance of survival. But he did survive, and now he’s talking to groups all over our country about the survival of the American dream.
Nick will have his books available for sale as a special feature for your convenience.
